This Côtes du Roussillon comes from vineyards which has been planted on a light and southern orientated slope with a wonderful terroir out of red güntz. The composition of Mourvèdre (45%), Syrahh (45%) and Grenache (10%) ends up into a low harvest result (20 hl/ha). The wine has been matured on lees in new French oak barrels and then has been put in bottles without filtration and fining. His nose is plenty of red, ripe berries, spices, pepper and mineral notes. Its ripe tannins contributes to a wonderful richness and perfect structure. This cuvée is meant to all southern wine connoisseurs.
