Modern and classical

Dominating Léognan, Haut-Bailly, takes its name from its owner of 1630 and has the privilege of having both a particularly deep gravel soil in the Pessac-Léognan appellation and very old pre-phylloxera vines in ancient Bordeaux varieties. Haut-Bailly wine is elegant, created in recently renovated high-tech wine making installations it still remains true to the classical Bordeaux style.
