The grapes are harvested by hand and the vinification process remains in the great Burgundian tradition. Throughout the fermenting period, in small oak vats, the punching of the cap is done on a daily basis. The wine is then aged in barrels for 2 years. This Musigny displays a deep ruby colour. The aromas released evoke violet and fruit stone aromas. In a few years time, its bouquet will become rich and complex. Its ageing will allow your palate to discover a remarkable marriage between harmony and delicacy. The elegance of the tannins is particularly noticeable, and beautifully merged with this is a freshness, which together give the wine a silky and velvety character and ensure a delight to our senses. Its wonderful length in the mouth reinforces the idea of Musigny being one of the most delicate Grands Crus of Burgundy.
