Grapevines are stictly controlled and selected all over the crop. The team has kept traditionnal ways for their production.
Château Cantenac-Brown is 42 hectares long. It is composed of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc and 30% Merlot.
These grape varieties give fine and deep wine.
Merlot gives them roundness, richness and colour.
