Among the 13 different grape types authorised under the Châteauneuf du Pape appellation, only the Grenache is used for this cuvée "La Bernardine".
The robe is intense and purple.
The nose is complex and delicate, very fruity with jammy and strawberry aromas, with a hint of pepper (typical from the Syrah).
The mouth is delicate, with the elegance of the Grenache and a good body. It is fruity, long and spicy.
