Owned by the Henriot family, the estate specialises in Chablis from grand cru and premier cru vineyards and has parcels of land in the best parts of the appellation. Grapes are carefully selected to ensure that only the very best fruit is used in the wines. With a longstanding reputation for quality and expertise, William Fèvre is known for its rich, concentrated wines with fruity aromas and the steely, mineral edge for which Chablis is famous.
