1. System of WAC CLUB program

The loyalty program WAC CLUB of Wineandco aims at benefiting WAC CLUB members (The Members)hereafter described advantages for their order at Wineandco.

2. Membership in loyalty program WAC CLUB

WAC CLUB membership loyalty program is automatic and simultaneous when creating your account on the website www.wineandco.com or by phone. Membership in the WAC CLUB program is free. Can register all persons under the law of the Member or having the legal capacity to contract. Minors can not participate in the Program. Societies, associations and groups can not register the program ..Membership Program does not result in the giving of a physical loyalty card or card number..

3. Principle of loyalty program WAC CLUB

As a Member of the loyalty program, you capitalize loyalty points throughout your orders on our website or by phone www.wineandco.com. When you have sufficient loyalty points, you can freely decide to convert all or part of your points ordering a voucher (in the form of a voucher code) and you can use them to pay your next orders on WineandCo.

4. Authentification and recognition of members

Any Member of the program can authentificate to the site through its usual profile (Login/e-mail + password) to be recognised as a member of the program and benefit from all advantages. It is the responsibility of the customer, who is alerted about the risks of confidentiality of its authentication settings on the site. Wineandco can not be accused for the breaching of this principle.

5. Capitalization of points

5.1. Acquisition rules

You begin to win loyalty points from your first order placed on the website or by phone, after the settlement of the program WAC CLUB.

Your fidelity points will be accumulated during the period of August 1st through July 31st.

Each product is entitled to credit a number of loyalty points (subject to section 6 below). On each wine sheet, the number of loyalty points is correspondent said. Wineandco can freely administer promotions, ad hoc or permanent, public or targeted, which might modify, upwards or downwards, the number of loyalty points associated with the order of an article

6. Exclusions rules

The orders registered on white brands sites or partners of Wineandco.com, do not benefit, too, from the benefits of the loyalty program WAC CLUB.
