Description of this Port

Aged for two years in the traditional 600 litre casks (pipas) piled high in the cellars of Vila Nova de Gaia, this 1995 Vintage Port, after 16 years of maturation has begun to reveal its true character. The full force and beauty of the vintage flavour is released as the bottle is opened - a profusion of black and red fruits, blackcurrants, blackberries and fruits of the forest combine with the gloriously perfumed scents of chocolate, tobacco and liquorice.
