Description

The wine co-op of Limoux has been selling its best pieces to the world's greatest Chefs for more than ten years. The profits used to be spent on the surrounding villages’ church towers. This 225 litres piece comes from St Anselme where a warm climate predominates; it was bought at an auction by us who liked the opulence of the wine. Intense with a juicy and mellow texture reinforced by a mastered, woody, creamy taste, a hint of thyme and this nice bottle is on its way for a pleasant tasting.
