Description of this Port

Taylor's House of Port have owned a magnificent vineyard in Portugal's Douro Valley for more than a hundred years known as Quinta de Vargellas. In those years not good enough for making true vintage ports, the best grapes from the Vargellas vineyard are turned into a port released as a "Single Quinta", meaning the grapes are all from the same estate. While not as long-lived as the top vintage ports, they offer something of the same experience at a lower price.
