Description of this Saint Peray

The grapes come from 2 different terroirs: limestone soils will give freshness when granitic soils (on other parcels) will give a wine very mineral and very characterisic.
The robe is beautiful and brilliant with pale green reflections. The nose is very fresh with green apple and white flower aromas.
This wine is elegant, lively and mineral.
