Golden-yellow and sparkling with fine bubbles, this delicate, lively House Brut is a real treat. The secret of making a great non-vintage Brut is in the blending. The winemaker blends this year's harvest with a percentage of reserve wine from previous years. After 3 years in the famous Ruinart cellars this well-balanced, fresh tasting champagne, produced from the best possible terroirs, is ready for drinking. The champagne has a fresh, fruity nose with notes of ripe pear and a pleasant, lengthy finish.
