Description of this Puligny Montrachet

The Puligny-Montrachet appellation is situated in the middle of the Côte de Beaune and is considered as being one of the most famous appellation in the World.
The soil is made of clay and chalk with a lot of pebbles well drained and exposed.

This wine is a glorious representative of the appellation with its noble and racy aromas, discreet acidity and persistency.
The wine is made with a traditional method called "ronde" (round), a blend between different but complementary parcels (12 different parcels on the Puligny-Montrachet appellation.
Production area: 110ha
