Depending upon your requirements WINE and CO offers you two transport options:
All our wines and spirits are despatched in modern protective packaging which protects each bottle from the rigours of transport and from temperature changes.
Check parcels carefully upon arrival, and do not hesitate to refuse them if they show the slightest sign of breakage. Or, if in doubt, write a comment on your delivery note.
Get in touch with our call centre. If the dissatisfaction is caused by a logistical problem – for example, the wrong wine has been sent – the return costs will be borne by us, as stipulated in the terms and conditions of sale.
NB: some items (big bottle sizes, Veuve Clicquot Paint Box...) can alter the number of parcels sent with the express delivery service ending up in increasing the delivery costs (i.e. 3 x Veuve Clicquot Paint Box = 3 parcels = 3 x £27.20)
This new system allows to delay your deliveries when you're placing your orders (not after) to organise one shipment only and therefore pay delivery fees once only. (CAREFUL: no discount on delivery charges in that case: £8.16 for France and £10.20 for Export deliveries)
Example: you place your second order on Wineandco.com and pay your order + delivery charge.
Delivery fees will not be charged on your following orders (in a period of 5 months maximum) and the orders will be pending in our warehouse until you decide to organise the delivery.
Please go on your order summary in your Customer account to organise the delivery of your pending orders.
Warning: the shipment will happen within 6 to 8 days from the date of your validation.
