Description of this Coteaux du Languedoc

In the middle of the eigties, Michel Laroche has been interested in vineyards from the south of France. In 1995, he got "Mas la Chevalière" in Béziers and has more than 40 hectare of vineyards. The diversity of soils, climates and varietal give an incredible scale of red, white and rosé. It goes from a fresh and light wine to a red, powerful and full bodied wine.

An intense red wine with purple glint. The Mas de la Chevalière red gets a noze of licorice with a toffee tip.

In mouth, this wine is rich and complex with fine tanin and a fruity end.
