Steeped in the culture of Burgundy, the house of Joseph Drouhin has been a true value among the wines of the Côte d'Or for four generations.
Owner of 62 hectares of vines in over 90 "climats", Drouhin's great reputation comes from consistently high standards at every stage of the winemaking process. Paying strict attention to the work in the vineyard, favouring spontaneous fermentation and moderate aging in new oak barrels, Drouhin makes quintessential wines, true to their geological singularity. With the Clos des Mouches as its bi-coloured flagstaff, the Drouhin style is unmistakable in the Côte de Beaune as in the Côte de Nuits.
