Description of this Hermitage

The vineyard is situated at the top of the Hermitage, underneath the 'Maison Blanche' vineyard, with a South exposure. The soil of the 'Chante-Alouette' hamlet is mainly composed of clay and limestone.
The robe is elegant, green gold and brilliant. The nose is complexe and subtle with quince, honey, ginger and accacia aromas.
The attack is frank and not agressive, the finale is long-lasting, elegant with almond flavours.
