Description of this Yarra Valley

A superb sparkling wine. Long yeast ageing has produced a fresh and creamy wine with great length and finesse.

This Vintage Brut highlights the complexity that can be achieved when skillfully blending the traditional sparkling varieties of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier.

Aroma: A fresh blend of lifted citrus, strawberry and spice aromas with hints of cracked wheat and sweet pastry.

Palate: Nutty, baked bread characters evolved during yeast ageing in bottle compliment the primary Chardonnay characters of citrus and melon. Savoury characters of Pinot Noir contribute to a persistent, elegant finish. Drinking well now but will remain fresh for 5 years.
