Description of this Alsace Grand Cru

The Riesling of this domaine is fruity and delicate, those wines are racy, dried but riped and long in the mouth. The soil of Schlossberg shows its expression, the various parcels give rise to different vintages.
This wine finds its origin in the plots laying high up in the vineyard. The Schlossberg has a dense and very pure style. The Riesling Schlossberg goes perfectly with roasted fish, oysters and other seafood, as well as the traditionnal Alsatian Sauerkraut.
