Description

At the foot of the source Saint Andrieu, a building of the 18th Century dominates the domaine under renovation since 2003.
This is a rosé made by direct pressing and fermentation takes place at low temperature. The robe is pale pink with violine reflection. Everything is delicious: the bouquet is complex and fruity, the texture is balanced and very aromatic, warm in the final.
