Description of this Hautes Côtes de Nuits

Today this domain extends to 30 hectares and is one of the most important domains from the region of Hautes Côtes de Nuits. The wines are made out of grapes that come from an organic culture.
In 2000, the agriculture was strongly critized by the wine consumers. They realized an important pollution for health.

From this moment on, Patrick Hudelot decided to maintain the« French Paradoxe » and the beneficial effects of this wine.

This wine made from Chardonnay grapes has a pale colour with green reflections, a real proof for vitality that is typical for this appellation.

The aromas ofcitrus fruit and grilled almonds follow through a full-bodied palate. A very elegant and charming wine.
