Description of this Puligny Montrachet 1er cru

The 1er Cru "Clos du Cailleret" is made with 100% Chardonnay. The wine is made in oak barrels (40% brand new / 60% 1,2 and 3 y.o.). It is matured on the lees for 11 months.
This Clos belongs to the Chartron family since 1917 and is situated close to the Batard-Montrachet Grand Cru area.

This wine can be drunk immediately.

It remains an exceptionnal and fine wine.
