Description of this Mendoza
In 2005, the Bonnie family, owner of the famous Château Malartic-Lagravière (Grand Crus Classé des Graves)and Château Gazin-Rocquencourt (Pessac-Léognan)with their associate, bought one yard of 130 hectars in the heart of the Uco Valley, south of the Mendoza province. Bodega DiamAndes was born, part of the famous Clos de Los Siete.
The architectural design of the celars is in harmony with the superbe countryside of the Andes. This offers exceptional conditions for an exceptional wine since 2007.
The DiamAndes reveals the full roundness, richness and intensity of the Malbec, the emblematic blending of Argentina.
Its particular climate fresh nights changing to warm and sunny days, offers a nice acidity and so fresh and balanced vines.
A frank and smoothy start, the mouth produces nice aromas of black fruits, even of chocolat and pepper.
It's a good balanced vine, ample and fruity, smoothy with a beautiful final.
