A vins de pays from the Gassac Valley vineyard, which holds the role of the indomitable Gaul and is a forerunner among the wines from Languedoc. Aymé Guibert was the first to help Languedoc wines retrieve their splendour, while also defending the surrounding nature, the vineyards and the Mediterranean bush near Aniane. His excellent wine inspired by Emile Peynaud, lead the rest of the wine-growers to quality, but naturally, Daumas Gassac, is top of the class.
