The cuvée "Notre Dame des Anges", which name comes from the well known church tower of Collioure, is a selection of the best yards of the vineyards of Collioure, choosen by the most reputed vintners of the Appellation: La Coume del Mas, le Domaine Piétri, le Domaine La Madeloc
The gains will go to the association "Terroir & Patrimoine" to contribue to the maintenance and the restoration of this famous vineyard.
This Collioure is unusual, easy to drink and will enjoy the newcomers, who don't know yet or just a little this vineyard.
with a reductant nose, typical for this vineyard, spicey, the taste is warm, round and peppery.
