Description of this Champagne

Champagne Billecart vintage 2004 is the result of a perfectly mixed. It's dominated by black pinot (70%) and temperated by the elegance of the Chardonnay The colour is yellow with gold reflects, set off by a dynamic effervescence.
We have a beautiful intensity with grunchy and fresh. There are flavouring of apples, citrus fruit and dry fruits. The sense is like a brioche. A beautiful and refreshing complexity ! The final is greedy and straight, this is linked with the maturity of the fruit.
