2003 is the 5th vintage after 1995, 1998, 2001 and 2002.
The "Réserve du Château" constitutes the richest, the more concentrated wine ever produced at the Château Vari.
The "Réserve du Château" 2003 offers an exceptional balance (13°5 of alcohol acquired and 9° of residual sugar) and a richness in sugar never obtained on this domaine. Beyond this exceptional concentration, the "Réserve du Château" allies at the same time a fabulous aromatic pureness of crystallised fruits.

This cuvée will almost certainly go down in the history of the domaine
