Description of this Haut-Médoc

Situated several kilometres from Pauillac in the commune of Saint-Sauveur, Château Peyrabon has enjoyed a rebirth since its purchase by the Bernard family (shareholders in WINE and CO). This vast property of 70 hectares is both geologically and oenologically blessed, and in 2001 the estate has come of age. Although still growing in quality, Peyrabon can already produce a classic wine. Good structure, good fruit, good wood. The tannins are harmonious, the structure is silky. This 2001 vintage delighted us.
