Description of this Coteaux du Languedoc

Château Paul Mas Clos des Mures is exposed in Montpellier.
This small vineyard surrounded by blackberries enjoys an exceptional exposition thanks to the summer inputs and south exposition, south-west: Ideal location for Mourvèdre, that sees the sea.< br>
It is composed of 83% Syrah, 12% old Grenache and 5% Mourvèdre.
Each grape variety is separately vinified to develop its own aromas.
The color is deep purple with violet and shiny tints.
The nose is full of complex aroma of blackcurrant, violets and blackberry and also notes of cocoa and sweet spices. The sweetness of peppermint typical of Mourvèdre is found on the final.
The palate is fruity, powerful and meaty . The final is persistent with notes of liquorice and roasted coffee.
