With its classic façade, Château Margaux is one of the most beautiful buildings in the Médoc. The columns designed by the architect Combes for the Marquis de la Colonilla provide the perfect visual image for the tannic structure and aromatic proportions of this wine. The 1998 vintage is constructed along the same clean, rigorous lines as the Château itself: aromatic intensity, polished tannins, top-quality texture with a measured, satisfying touch of oak all combine in the timeless elegance of this wine.
