Description of this Pauillac

Exposed in Pauillac the fifth Cru Lynch-Bages is owned since three generations by Family Cazes. On the 90ha long parcel in front of GirondeJean-Michel Cazes, « the new Baron of Bordeaux produces Cabernet Sauvignon. Lynch-Bages is today a Bordeaux refernce, very strong.

2007 has a deep red colour, the nose is rich of red fruits and blackcurrant.
On the palate, the wine is deep and soft. Tannins are round. Lynch Bages 2007 is well-structured.
75% Cabernet Sauvignon
15% Merlot
8% Cabernet Franc
2% Petit Verdot
70% new wood
