Description of this Châteauneuf du Pape

Reputated for his caracter and his strongness, the Cuvée des Cadettes, name of an old parcel of land of the property. He owns his typical caracters of the raising in 100% new barrels.

The Cuvée des Cadettes 2004, with an aroma of liquorice, menthols going into toasty and cinnamon notes.
In the mouth the wine is soft on red and black berries and well structered. The material is fine and deep, with toasty, chocolat and spicy aromas. It is a pleasure.
