Bordeaux Sauternes France a good value for money

Description of this Sauternes

The Château Guiraud extends on 100ha and is situated in the middle of the Sauternes appellation. The vineyard is surrounding the château and is planted with Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc.
The grapes are hand picked berry by berry, when the noble rot is at its peak. That type of harvest is quite difficult and the yields are very low... the wines are full and complexe thanks to the very full ripeness of the grapes.

Guiraud 2009 is exceptionnal! The robe is yellow, the nose is aromatic, fruity and fresh.
On the palate, it is full of citrus-fruits notes.

A wine that you will not regret.
