At the town hall of Saint-Emilion, the 36 names of wines that won a golden medal are written. Among these wines, there is Château Fombrauge, that is one of the oldest (sixteenth century).
At the heart of a 75 hectares long domain, the vineyard is well exposed on a chalky slope at the south. Fombrauge produces a very fine wine.
