Description of this Pouilly-Fumé

The grapevines are deeply planted to product excellent grapes. The vegetation is sparse and grapevines have more place to grow up and give more concentrated and aromatic grapes.
The nose is rich and complex, with notes of lemon, quince and spices.
On the palate, it is full and fresh. There is a good length that gives this exotic Sauvignon wine an exceptionnal one!
