Description of this Sauternes

Château Coutet is one of the oldest vineyard in Sauternes. The terroir and the architecture is just exceptional. Vines are 35 y.o. minimum and the harvests are still hand picked. Berries are pressed in a vertical press. The wine is then matured in oak barrels for 18 months.
The robe of this Barsac grand cru is golden yellow. The nose is intense and full, elegant and mineral.
The mouth is well-balanced and soft.
