Château Cheval Blanc 2000 is already legendary with its vintage welcoming in a new era in winemaking and producing a wine which seduces both the Château's admirers and newcomers alike. Behind its deep purple colour and velvety texture, one discovers a Bordeaux for which the words "great wine" are a pale reflection of the reality. Soft, pure, fresh, ripe and opulent fruit blends well with the oak from aged barrels. The fine texture is dense on the palate, difficult for words to describe. This is The wine of the vintage.
