Description of this Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

Château Ausone and its grapes are exposed at Saint-Emilion on a chalky soil. It produces fine and silky wines.

2007 has a beautiful deep blackberry colour. The nose is charming with ripe red fruits and flowers. Tannins are soft with a lot of fruits.
