Description of this Côtes du Roussillon Villages Latour de France


The common denominator of the vineyard Chapoutier is a goodwill of having strong soils. This is traduced by a Biodynamic culture,the most respectful of the ecosystem soil-vineyard-grape.

The syrah mixed with grenache and carignan reveals the salinity of its roots.

This occultum lapidem 2008 gives a nose of blackcurrant and black cherry with a touch of pepper.

In mouth, you have coffee liquor. It's a ropy wine with this spicy heat that you find in wines from Roussillon.
