Description of this Crozes Hermitage

The vineyard is situated on hillside slopes right in the south, the Syrah grapes are 25 y.o. vines minimum.
Harvested at full maturity, the vinification process is carried out in a traditional manner.
The 1999 is intense red with purple reflections. The nose is full with a lot of red berries aromas: blackberry, raspberry and violet.
The mouth is ample and round with a finale ending on jammy fruits and vanilla.
