Aimé Salon for the art work that bears his name. Salon was a wine merchant who loved food and wine.
This exceptional champgne is exclusively made with Chardonnay grapes from the Côte de Blanc from the Mesnil sur Oger growth.

This Blanc de Blancs is called "S" and is always a vintaged cuvee produced in limited quantities.

The 1996 is limpid and lively with a subtle bouquet. The nose is first presenting green apple aromas and then, once aerated, it takes you to cutrus fruits, lemon, grapefruit, pear and kiwi flavours. The mouth is full and complexe, fresh and mineral. It is very well-balanced, masculine and rich.
Salon 1996 is powerful and subtle and will be able to age for a long time.
