Description of this Champagne

This fine champagne is a blend of 40 carefully selected crus from the Champagne region. The Brut Royal, Pommery's flagship creation, is a fresh, vivacious champagne characterised by its blue label and royal name. Each year, Alain de Polignac, chief winemaker and a prince to boot, forages through his cellars of reserve wine and with an attention to quality and balance admired and envied by others produces this house special from a kaleidoscope of top quality crus. This subtle blend is then aged in the Pommery cellars for about three years in order to develop its full aroma. Brut Royal is fresh and vivacious, with a supple, fruity finish. Its light yet well-structured composition and charm make this a champagne perfect for any festive occasion.
