The Pol Roger Brut Non Vintage "Extra Cuvée de Réserve" is traditionally blended from a base of about 30 to 35 still wines, drawn from different vineyards, grape varieties and vintage years. It usually contains wines from at least two vintages and often three or four. Reserve wines make up 20-30 per cent of the traditional blend. Its marvellous consistency is due to the care taken by the cellar masters and their years of expertise.
Pol Roger Brut, has a classy white label, heralding the purity of the champagne itself. Sparkling and aromatic, imagine fresh apples, whiffs of sea breeze and a subtle resin base. Pale gold in colour with tiny beads, the champagne is beautifully balanced with a dry, harmonious finish.
