Description of this Champagne

This non-vintage Brut is the epitome of the Mercier house style, lively, intense and fresh, but still fruity. Created from a traditional blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes from the latest harvest, the reserve wines from previous years are added to improve the balance and make the flavours more complex. White fruits predominate on the nose combined with fresh bread, with pears and stewed apples on the palate. Perfect as an aperitif, this Champagne Brut would also go well with fish marinated in lime juice or seafood gratin.
