Description of this Champagne
With a slightly coppery pink strawberry colour he has a very fine beading.
The nose is full of red fruit, wild strawberries and violets. A touch of lemon denotes the discrete presence of Chardonnay.
Ageing, the aromas evolve into black fruits like black cherry, blackberry, fig ...
On the palate, it reveals a sense of ripe red fruit captured in all its freshness, confirming the initial flavors. Fresh and refined, very elegant, very long on the palate without being heavy. "
The "Brut Première Cuvée" is produced only from the first release of Black Pinot and Chardonnay, and the addition of Pinot Black Rose vinified directly or with red wine obtained by prolonged maceration juice on the skins.
Pinot Black in three different forms between 85% in the composition, combined with a touch of Chardonnay (15%) who bring the elegance needed to balance the fruit of Pinot Black.
