"**** Excellent... One of the best producer of non vintage brut." Robert Parker - Parker's wine buyer's guide
Bruno Paillard is a new brand in the world of Champagne, even though the family has had ties to these clay soils for years. This is a family business whose aim is to produce top quality Bruts and premium cuvées in the traditional manner using the best products from the Champagne area. Grapes are brought in from independent producers based in more than 30 villages. Every bottle spends a considerable amount of time in the cellar and reveals Bruno's proudness in an elegant champagne for which luxury and quality are the keywords. The champagne should be enjoyed in three to five years following the disgorgement date marked on the bottle. Cheers!
