Description of this Champagne

This 100% Chardonnay is so pure! It is made with the best grapes coming from the best parcels of the Côte des Blancs: Cramant (giving delicate wines), Avize (giving powerful wines) and Mesnil-sur-Oger (giving structured and long-lasting wines).

The robe is pale golden yellow and the nose is mineral and full of citrus fruit aromas.

It is lively, delicate and long-lasting on the palate.
It is elegant and is perfect as an aperitif.
