Description of this Chevalier Montrachet Grand Cru

The Maison Bouchard Père et Fils is the biggest owner of Chevalier Montrachet, owning 2,54 of the 7,15 hectres that make up the total appellation.
After fermentation and ageing in oak barrels, the chardonnay grape achieves a wine at the height of elegance.
Its very open bouquet emanates aromas of a fine maturity, marked by blossom and citrus fruit.
Its attack on the palate is pure, opening out to an ample wine, with a lovely nervousness.
Its finish is well-rounded and is marked by its minerality.
