A microscopic fungus, bearing the suave name of Botrytis cinerea, transforms the healthy berries of Semillon, Sauvignon and Muscadelle, withering and concentrating them to reveal complex and delicate aromas. Luxurious and feminine, mysterious and divine, impossible to resist, such a wine is almost a sin.
