Two syllables for a thousand flavours
As a designation for wines produced outside of the Haut-Médoc appellation, Médoc suggests a "black" wine, tannic and deliciously fresh.
On gravely soil, stretching between the Gironde estuary and the Atlantic ocean, Cabernet Sauvignon, with Merlot in support, creates fruity-flavoured wines with green pepper notes which time embellishes with truffle and musk aromas. This peaceful countryside is dotted with numerous Crus Bourgeois which produce superb wines that are a must for any cellar.
